Michael has 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, business leader, insurance executive, and advisor to both public and private companies. He has served in leadership roles in strategy, sales, and marketing. Since 2010, Michael has specialized in ensuring human capital risk, business succession planning, wealth transfer planning, and in the development and implementation of strategies that promote and accelerate enterprise growth. He has advised companies across a broad spectrum of industries including financial services, consumer products, collectibles, wellness, neutraceuticals, consumer products, life sciences, public utilities, and not-for-profits.
Carol Maxwell
Carol's 25 year professional experience includes expertise in strategic planning for capital fundraising, stakeholder /investor / donor relationships in the non profit sector as well as sales and marketing in luxury real estate and non-profit sectors. Accomplished Development Professional with over twenty years business experience with an expertise in the cultivation, solicitation, communications and marketing skills necessary for successful and quantifiable individual, corporate, foundation and grant fundraising results. Carol coordinates the Advancement and Major Gifts efforts for the enhancement of facilities, programs and growth of the Endowment for non-profits.
Jen Petrizzo
Jenna's administrative experience spans ten plus years in business operations with expertise in billing, administration and system processes. Jenna pivoted to running the financial services and brokerage platforms, where she manages over five thousand clients for one of the partners of the firm along with monitoring ten other advisors. Jenna is extremely knowledgeable in system processes, as well as client follow up and client implementation procedures. Jenna’s role is to oversee operations and integrations for a smooth client experience.
